Junior Data & AI Analyst (Real Estate Investment Focus)

Join Pocono Vacation Home Sales, a specialized real estate business specializing in vacation rental (AirBnB-style) investment properties. We’re seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented person to support our efforts to better serve our clients. This unique role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing and successful real estate company by harnessing the power of AI and systems like ChatGPT, Gemini and the many data sources surrounding real estate investments.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy individual to support and grow our internal data systems. This role includes hands-on data work and system maintenance. We are looking for someone who is willing to master the fundamentals and grow into a larger role. You will start by working hands-on with data, spreadsheets, and reporting—but over time, you will help build and improve the systems that power our business. You will support a team of licensed realtors and their client requests by overseeing the company’s many data feeds and analytics tools. This position is full-time, flexible hours for a real estate team office in Albrightsville, PA. Ideal candidates to be within an hour’s drive of our office.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $36,000
• Paid Time Off
• Profit-sharing and Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the team’s data collection
• Compile data and feed raw data into spreadsheets and data collection tools
• Run pre-established GPT scripts and stored procedures to identify potential profitable investment properties
• Oversee third party data subscriptions and daily system updates
• Provide quality control to automated processes
• Interact with sales team to provide data reports they can share with the customers
• Collect and execute report generation requests from all team members
• Support efforts to track and analyze customer engagement with company data systems and marketing outreach
• Provide analytics as to the company’s advertising and marketing campaigns
• Develop targeted strategies to serve a sophisticated, analytical client base through data-driven insights and partnerships.
• Leverage the Short-Term Rental Scorecards and other proprietary tools to educate and support clients in making profitable investment decisions.
• Collaborate to standardize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and establish a culture of innovation and market-leadership.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, statistics or data centered work.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry.
• A love of math.
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech savvy; up-to-date with the latest software applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload especially in a sometime chaotic environment – can work on multiple projects at once
• Able to work independently to support a team and efficiently manage everyone’s time
• Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists.
• This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
