Split Rock (Lake Harmony (Kidder Township), PA 18624)

The subdivision around the Split Rock Resort is known as Split Rock and is a popular place for vacation homes and vacation rentals.  It is located in Kidder Township who provides police protection and code enforcement.  The individual homes in Split Rock are not part of a HOA, they have no amenities.  Location, setting and the reasonable regulation by Kidder Township put Split Rock in the Top 10 STR communities in the Poconos. 

The Split Rock Resort has restaurants and pay as you go amenities for the guests, annual memberships for residents.  The resort provides road maintenance for a mandatory annual fee ($400) to the homes in the subdivision as one of their deed restrictions. 

The Golf Course, the Hub and the country club facility are under different ownership than the resort.
