Language in his bio states that his specialty is that of a buyer’s agent which brings inquiries from prospective clients. Many leads call from out of state and are seeking an Agent that they can trust to help start a STR business or expand their current STR business. Agent is receiving one solid lead per day on average and has 221 contacts in KW Command, each created after a significant discussion, determined as a bona fide lead. Agent has nearly 150 clients with active searches on Auto-email subscriptions in the MLS.
Agent is looking for a sales coordinator, one with a real estate license, to assist in the sales process. Agent’s reputation is the selling factor, the coordinator is needed to help with client communication and providing computer system support for the agent and the tools to inform and guide clients toward a successful sale. The sales coordinator works to fully support the Agent in the sales process. To discuss real estate matters, the sales coordinator must be licensed. A separate, independent transaction coordinator will continue to be part of the Agent’s process.
The Agent would like to offer low-risk position to a real estate professional who wants to work normal business hours and not depend on sales commission. Sales Coordinator would maintain their real estate license, but not pursue individual sales, the position would be that of an employee of the Agent’s firm and work exclusively for the Agent.

Th Sales Coordinator position is designed to offer flexible schedule, 25-35 hours per week with weekends mostly free. Projected salary of $45,000/year or $25/hour with no additional benefits to start. Agent operates as a S-Corp and has monthly payroll service already established. As the business grows, a benefits package would be added. Ideal candidate lives in Monroe County, Pennsylvania where most of the clients’ interest lies.
